Spring Break

For Spring Break the boys and I drove with my parents to Utah for a baby blessing and Idaho to see my grandparents . We had a great time and the boys were great with all the time in the car. Here are a few pictures of some of the stuff we did.
Grandma and Grandpa with all their grandkids together for the first time.
Standing in front of a P-38 with Great Grandma Thomas at Hill Airforce Base Museum. Great Grandpa Thomas flew and instructed flying the P-38.
Hanging out in front of their favorite airplane, the SR-71 "Blackbird".
This is the marble tower Josh built with Uncle Shawn. Josh made many similar towers. It was amazing to watch his mind figuring out how to build these towers so the marble could drop down each level to the bottom.
Ty, still enjoying sticking his tongue out at everyone. Now he usually does it whenever asked.
Yummy! Smores! Andrew enjoying the fruits of his labors, after patiently waiting for his marshmallows to toast up just perfectly his was able to dig in!

Ty's newest trick! He figured out today that he has a tongue and he can stick it out on demand. After he does it he giggles because he thinks he is so funny.

Put your heads together

Can anyone tell these three are brothers?

Happy Birthday Andrew!

Andrew was so excited for his birthday he could hardly sleep the night before. He told everyone he saw that day it was his birthday. He is sure that he is bigger now because he is 5 years old. He said thank you for his presents 4 times that night in his prayers. We are so grateful for such a great kid. He is such a happy, loving child. Happy Birthday Andrew!

Smile!!

Ty loves to have his picture taken and will smile anytime there is a camera. Notice the tear on his cheek? Yes, even when life is sad and he is crying, he will still smile for the camera!

Video Games Anyone?!

So, anyone that knows my family knows that all my boys love video games. I don't always like them myself and don't always like the boys playing. Because of this, I use video games as a tool all the time. The boys are not allowed to play until all their jobs are done. This is often done without any whining and I can usually squeeze extra chores out of them with the promise of playing later. Here is a picture of Josh playing, Andrew watching and Ty trying to join in the fun too!
What cute kids I have!!!

Loose Tooth

Today Josh had his 1st grade program. It was called Loose Tooth. It was all about what happens to kids around the world when they loose a tooth. They sang songs and had a shadow puppet show. It was great and even entertained Andrew pretty well.
